folk art collection update

even among dire straits i have been able to get some new art works to chip into my collection of "folk" art,
lets take a look!

View image this is an piece of art by john mason, i got it off ebay, real nice paintign, the ebay lot mention he set up studio at an Hardee and hung out and made art, i like ht heavy black in it.

a ZB armstrong from twell dealer , got for 25$ two of them, i am always fasinated by this guys use of desperate materal, i think i read somewhere he thought the end of the world is comming and was ploting out a calender of the time events, ,

and the grand slam , was this Royal Roberts,!, not this note book page, but it is nice unto itself with this other piece, 25$ for this page
but this one piece was unfucking beliveable, the guy who listed it under a mass auction house outt NY, did his best to tell everybody he had a good piece of "outsider/folk" art, listed for 100$, but he left one thing out, he didn't know his last name, roberts, so i watched it and sniped it out, i thought for sure it would go over 360, but know one knew and it quietly slipped by , so i got it, it big framed up douple sided, i have see stuff like this in other places go for 800 plus, i love this piece, i was so excited to win it made my night and and i got smashed over at the house
