Well my friend came up to me while i was doing it and asked what i was doing, this is the guy who got me the show, i told him this was the nights recreation to do these sketchs, and get my bar tab payed for, i have lots of these old sketch pads etc, why not make 20 drawing here and run up a 10 buck tab and sell it for that,. ? he like the work and asked me to try and have a show ...

So what to expect, what are some of the common question in this "adventure"
well here is what you do, you drive out there and look for cheep ass studio space, think camping, bare minimal a working toilot is the basic, . Justin the other guy i am going out there with, hasn't ever been out there, . i talked to him on the phone about it, its diffent, not so much the landscape its the people and there is air of a tourist town, which is somehting i hav'n''t ever seen before,. the couple gallery out there i got into, i devloped a rep so i am not some total stranger and its easy to find places so to speek plus they like having aritst on sight as to help add to the atmosphere. hummmm tourist towns

I think that about late april or may i am going to be done here, its been about a year here back at the shed, etc its home but i think i need to take myself seriously and go back out to the west Texas desert again and reconstruct myself, this time it ain't gonn abe anything stupid, more serious less sensational more about landscapes and animals basicly, it will be like gradschool out int he desart, i am already having dreams of not retruning back here untill i hit 165
speaking of which, it was some ten years ago i went out there the first time, the boredum man, but it was fun like time stopped or something,
